May 12 (Bloomberg) -- David Herro, manager of the $5.3 billion Oakmark International Fund, talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar and Matt Miller about SAP AG's plan to acquire Sybase Inc. and the outlook for stocks. SAP, the world’s biggest maker of business-management software, agreed to buy Sybase in a transaction valued at $5.8 billion to help it fend off competition from Oracle Corp.
