May 12 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Atkins, a former commissioner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, talks with Bloomberg's Susan Li about the plunge in U.S. stocks on May 6, when the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell as much as 9.2 percent.
