May 4 (Bloomberg) -- Kevin Hassett, director of economic policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute and a Bloomberg news columnist, talks with Margaret Brennan about the outlook for the proposed U.S. bank tax. The Obama administration has asked Congress to enact a “financial responsibility fee” to recoup the costs of the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The fee would raise $90 billion over 10 years and would stay in place until the government recovers all the costs of the bank rescue. (Source: Bloomberg)
