May 4 (Bloomberg) -- Gary Wilson, former Northwest Airlines Corp. chairman, talks with Bloomberg's Haslinda Amin from Los Angeles about the merger of Continental Airlines Inc. and United Airlines parent UAL Corp. UAL and Continental agreed to merge in a stock swap valued at more than $3.2 billion to create the world’s largest carrier, reviving a deal that fell apart two years ago.
