Poland, Russia Mourn After Kaczynski Killed in Air Crash

April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Eric Coleman reports on the plane crash that killed Poland's President Lech Kaczynski, central bank Governor Slawomir Skrzypek and leaders of the country’s main opposition parties and military.
