March 31 (Bloomberg) -- Irish Finance Minister Brian Lenihan speaks to Bloomberg’s Margaret Brennan about the outlook for the Bank of Ireland Plc and Allied Irish Banks Plc to raise the necessary capital from private investors to avoid state control.
