'Blind Pools' Falter as Ziman, Callahan Plan Comeback
Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Ziman former chairman of Arden Realty Inc., and Timothy Callahan, who ran Trizec Properties Inc., want to raise money in the equity market by offering shares in so-called blind-pool companies, which seek to raise money before owning any assets.
