Acer's Lanci Discusses E-Books, Application Stores

Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Acer Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Gianfranco Lanci talks with Bloomberg's Paul Gordon about the company's plan to offer an electronic book reader. Lanci, who spoke in Taipei yesterday, also discussed the prospects for Acer's online applications store and a tablet computer to compete with Apple Inc.'s iPad. (Source: Bloomberg)
