Jan. 11 (Bloomberg) -- William Black, an associate professor of economics and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, talks with Bloomberg's Betty Liu about Treasury Geithner Timothy Geithner's role in decisions by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its dealings with American International Group Inc. Geithner was head of the New York Fed when the bank told AIG to withhold details from the public about the bailed-out insurer's payments to banks in 2008. The Fed says Geithner was not aware of the effort to limit disclosure. (Source: Bloomberg)
