Dec. 23 (Bloomberg) -- BlackBerry service resumed as phone maker Research In Motion Ltd. released new software to fix program flaws, which caused a second disruption in less than a week. The breakdown may stem from flaws in two recent versions of the BlackBerry Messenger program, RIM said. The glitch didn’t affect phone or text-messaging service. Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan reports.
