Diageo's Walsh Says New Irish Plant to Boost Guinness May 9 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Walsh, chief executive officer of Diageo Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Paul George about the company's plan to build a new Guinness brewery on Dublin's outskirts and sell half the land at its site in the Irish capital, where production started 250 years ago.
