Jan. 9 -- A burger joint just outside of Detroit is paying its workers $15 an hour -- almost double the minimum wage in Michigan. It's call Moo Cluck Moo and it's offering nutritious, cheap food while also paying its workers a living wage. Bloomberg's Olivia Sterns visited one of the restaurant's locations to flip some burgers and find out how the business model works from Moo Cluck Moo co-founder and partner Brian Parker.
