Hey, Nice Legs

The leg curves at almost a 90-degree angle (again, by leg we mean the thigh-drumstick combo). Carve along the bone and remove the inside of each leg in one large piece. Then cut that up into smaller pieces.

Now trim the thigh. Carve between the leg's joint and the thigh to separate them. Hit the joint at its weakest point and you should meet little resistance.

The drumstick should stay whole.
