What it does: Before the wave of digital fitness products for mobile devices, motion-sensing consoles were getting people off the couch to burn calories. Your Shape uses Microsoft's Kinect technology to deliver up to 90 hours of customizable fitness classes such as cardio boxing, jump rope and sit-ups. You'll need the $300 Xbox 360 with Kinect bundle, but it's still cheaper than the price of most annual gym memberships.
