Few Geek Queens

When it comes to gender, only six -- or about 4 percent -- of the 135 tech CEOs are female. Among the Fortune 100, it's not much different: Seven percent are women.

Given this, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that the most common tech CEO name is a male one: David. Among the Fortune 100, Stephen (or Steven) was the most popular.
