Lily Lobster

The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley doesn't like to over-indulge with traditional luxuries. So rather than use vegetables to show off lobster, Chef Christopher Kostow uses lobster to show off vegetables. He employs the shellfish as a high-class sweetener, stuffing it inside lily petals to highlight the plant's gorgeous lychee and cantaloupe flavors.
