When it comes to the urinal, some males have a problem with proximity. "It is not uncommon to find that some users will begin to urinate" when they're not close enough to the urinal, according to the patent filing. To keep the floors clean, this invention detects whether the person is too far from the urinal and warns him to move closer before commencing. The inventor is Shuen-Ching Lee of New Taipei, Taiwan.
