Why: This 10-year-old Australian Barossa Valley red proves not all the region's reds are expensive, over-the-top fruit bombs. Though Aussie wines have lost market share, many are delicious drinking. Time in the bottle turned this grenache-shiraz-mourvedre blend into a scented, plummy wine with silky tannins.
