Another hit by Danny Meyer, Untitled at the Whitney puts a farm-to-table spin on classic Manhattan coffee shop eats. Formerly of Gramercy Tavern, Executive Chef Chris Bradley whips up locally sourced comfort food favorites like challah grilled cheese, pastrami on rye, huckleberry pancakes, and poached eggs on cheesy grits. They also stock bites from local vendors, including Four & Twenty Blackbirds pies, Betty Bakery cakes, Orwasher’s artisanal bread, Bien Cuit baked goods, and Blue Marble ice cream.
