Expect Solid Returns from Stocks
"Equities in the U.S. continue to generate a lot of free cash flow and are returning that to shareholders -- about 2 percent in dividend yield and 3 percent in share-buyback yield. And we think profit growth will follow revenue growth in aggregate next year. Even in a slow global gross domestic product environment, revenue growth will be in the 4 percent to 5 percent range. That means equity returns of about 9 percent to 10 percent."
