Why we like it: Well, it makes delicious espresso drinks, but you'd probably expect that in a coffee maker that costs in excess of three big ones. But you might not expect built-in biometrics: an integrated fingerprint reader that automatically determines which of up to six stored profiles to use in brewing your individually customized cup. A frill? Definitely. But if you're spending that much on a coffee maker, why not have a little geeky fun to go with it?
