Yi Siling

Yi Siling of China won the initial gold medal of the London Olympics, winning the women's 10-meter air rifle competition with a total of 502.9 points, on July 28.

"I felt like a movie star," Yi said at a news conference. "Now I've got the gold medal, I feel very happy and very excited. I almost cried."
