Homes Destroyed

A house lies demolished in the path of flooding through the town of Jamestown, Colorado, on Sept. 14. No one was able to reach the town until late Sunday afternoon, when crews finalized repairs, for emergency traffic. The town has no infrastructure or running water. Some parts of town, amazingly, have electricity. A dozen or so residents stayed as most were evacuated by helicopters.
