Wilbur Mills

Wilbur Mills was caught drunk and in the company of a stripper, whose stage name was “Fanne Foxe,” while he was chairman of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee in October 1974. The Arkansas Democrat went on to win re-election a month later.
