Foie Gras Bologna

Much of the service still needs work at the cumbersomely titled Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria, but those who find themselves here should order the foie gras crostini. The sliced liver takes on the appearance of bologna on toast. It all tastes of richness, luxury and love, which is to say, nothing like baloney.
