Why we like it: At last, an Android tablet that's not just an iPad wannabe. The folded-magazine design takes some getting used to, but Sony packs the Tablet S with a bunch of software goodies, including the ability to function as a universal remote control for your home-entertainment devices and even to play PlayStation games.
