Malarkey

Vice President Joe Biden brandished the word "malarkey" during his debate with Rep. Paul Ryan and the twitterverse erupted. Slightly less crotchety than 'balderdash' and a bit younger (though not by much) than 'hogwash,' the word malarkey appeared in 30,000 tweets that night. (From @RafalcaRomney: "Joe just dropped an M bomb.") President Obama's team bought an ad to play on the trending Twitter hashtag #malarkey during the debate, according to mashable.com.
