Premium fliers on Lufthansa and its partner airlines can now cool their heels at Newark Airport in more spacious and sumptuous surroundings than before. The German airline has opened its 5,000 square foot Business Class and Senator Lounge, which features a cool and airy look, German oak parquet floors, backlit walls, leather armchairs, and a roomy bar and dining section featuring German beer and wine. For those who need to work, there are quiet areas and power outlets at every seat. The aim is to showcase Lufthansa's new design concept for its airport hideaways around the world. We take a look inside.
