The Olympic Stadium

London's Summer Olympics site in East London, costing 9.3 billion pounds ($14.4 billion), has new architecture by Zaha Hadid and Peter Cook and an observation tower designed by Anish Kapoor. The buildings sit next to new transport links, Europe's largest shopping mall and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
