This sketchbook (touted as "The Book for Ideas") was a Kickstarter project started by New York City graphic designer Joey Cofone. The prototype, which was constructed after consulting "thinkers" all over the world about what they wanted and needed in a notebook, met its goal of $30,000 in funding for large-batch manufacturing in less than four days. So, why all the hype? It contains a whopping 192 pages (12 are perforated); offers a choice of blank, ruled, or dot grid sheets; and—our favorite—it opens flat, so you can write easily and take advantage of a full spread. $20 for 1, $50 for 3, $150 for 10, kickstarter.com
