Singani Fizz

Noma co-founder Claus Meyer opened up a high-end Bolivian restaurant in La Paz earlier this year (why not?), and the venue serves a pretty mean cocktail too. Jonas Andersen, Gustu's sommelier and drink master, prepares a lemon-mandarin fizz with singani, a fermented and distilled grape liquor. How does it taste? Like a silver fizz, only better.
