Resilient New York

"Sandy hit us very hard, it was a storm of historic intensity, but New Yorkers are resilient and we've seen an outpouring of support," New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said at a news briefing yesterday. "We have a plan for recovery, and that recovery is already beginning. It's the beginning of a process that we all know will take a while."
