The Carrots at Gwynnett St.

There's been much talk about the fine carrot dishes at The NoMad (with duck skin) and Empellon Cocina (with mole poblano). The best of the bunch is served at Gwynnett St. in East Williamsburg, where the carrots are glazed in a carrot juice reduction, paired with dehydrated carrot cake, mixed with pickled carrots and finished with carrot yogurt. And flowers. What does it all taste like? Carrots.
