This Austro-Germanic brasserie, with American steaks, has improved in the years since it's opened, serving top notch cocktails and a gorgeous musky dry-aged beef sausage. The cote de boeuf for two, now only served on Fridays and Saturdays, is among New York's most expensive cuts of beef, at $142.
