Prices include national grants/credits; in the United States and Canada, some states and provinces offer additional grants/credits. Australia's price is for the Australian Capital Territory. Prices in other Australian territories are higher. Prices in local currency were converted to USD based on start-of-day exchange rates on June 3, 2014.
