Sting

Tenuta Il Palagio, Sister Moon 2007

In 1997, Sting and wife Trudie Styler bought Il Palagio, a 900-acre, 16th-century fixer-upper near Florence. They spent years transforming its grounds into an entirely organic working farm cultivating honey, olive oil, and biodynamic wine. Recent vintages of Tenuta Il Palagio’s Sister Moon, a bold red blend named for Sting’s 1987 ballad, have earned cheers from wine critic James Suckling and Wine Spectator.
