This seafood sanctuary is an extension of the Island Creek Oyster farm, one of Massachusetts’ most celebrated bivalve suppliers. As such, mollusks are the main event here, with a menu that offers the restaurant’s proprietary shells. Eat them raw, or sample the brackish beauties in a slider ($4 each): A single oyster, battered and crisped in a bath of hot oil is nestled in a chubby brioche bun with pickled onion and a slick of lime-and-chili–spiked aioli to cut the richness. Pair it with a glass of ICOB Pils ($6), Island Creek’s cloudy house beer.
