Brick and Mortar

With hardwood floors and brick walls, Tumblr's headquarters feels a bit like a living room in a Brooklyn walk-up apartment. The company eschews offices for an open-air desk layout, which supposedly breeds creativity. There appears to be no shortage of that among Tumblr's young staff.
