BlackBerry Limited (TSX:BB) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire WatchDox, Inc. from Gemini Fund V, managed by Gemini Israel Funds, Shasta Ventures, Blackstone Capital Partners LP and Millennium Technology Value Partners on April 21, 2015. Blackberry will retain 100 employees of WatchDox. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Credit Suisse Group AG acted as exclusive financial advisor to WatchDox, Inc.
