Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom (MICEX:GAZP) acquired remaining 50% stake in South Stream Transport B.V. from EDF International S.A., Eni SpA (BIT:ENI) and Wintershall Holding GmbH on December 29, 2014. As of February 18, 2015, Eni sold 20% in South Stream Transport to Gazprom for €54 million.
