Optimus Financial Services helped in securing financing for the acquisition from Associated Bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Under the terms of agreement, World Marketing corporate headquarters and administrative operations will move to Wisconsin while continuing office and production facilities in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas and Saint Louis.
