Boralex Inc. (TSX:BLX) signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire a 66.7% stake in frampton community wind power project from Northland Power Inc. (TSX:NPI) for CAD 11.5 million on January 12, 2015. The deal is conditional on the achievement of certain conditions and receipt of third party approvals. Desjardins Capital Markets acted as financial advisor to Northland.
