NS-Stainless Corporation announced that it will receive ¥250,000 in a round on funding on March 30, 2015. Under the terms of agreement 0.13 million shares are acquired. The transaction is expected to contribute to Seven & I Holdings’s profits over the medium-to and long -terms.
DDM Group AG acquired Summit Auto Magyarorszag Szolgaltato Zrt from Sumitomo Corporation (TSE:8053) on February 9, 2015. Sumitomo supported the deal by providing funds to DDM Group. A financial institution provided financing as a co-investor in connection with this acquisition, while entrusting management of Summit and the collections services to DDM.
