Xueersi Peiyou and Mobby small classes The company delivers courses in small-class settings. Xueersi Peiyou small classes, which typically have a maximum of 15 to 35 students per class for different grade levels is its main form of service offering. As of February 28, 2015, 198 of its learning centers and 174 service centers nationwide offer Xueersi Peiyou small classes. The company has a range of sessions for different courses. The Website serves as a gateway to its online courses, primarily offered through its Website www.xueersi.com, and other Websites dedicated to specific topics, including college entrance examinations, high school entrance examinations, graduate school entrance examinations, preschool education, personalized premium services under its ‘Zhikang’ brand, study abroad, mathematics, English, Chinese composition, small-class training under its ‘Xueersi Peiyou’ brand, tutoring services for students aged two through eight under its ‘Mobby’ brand, raising infants and toddlers, etc. The company also offers select educational content through mobile applications. Intellectual Property The company’s intellectual property rights include the following: 93 trademark registrations for its brand and logo in China and Hong Kong; copyright registration certificates for 170 software programs developed by the company relating to different aspects of its operations; and 5 patents granted in China relating to interactive and technology-driven teaching and learning in its classes.
