Services Unified Communications Services The company provides its clients with a range of integrated unified communications services. The company’s products and services could improve various aspects of business by enabling personalized engagement, meetings anywhere, improved productivity and immersive communication experiences. The company focuses specifically on midmarket and large enterprise clients with a complete unified communications cloud-based solution, which consists of enterprise voice, conferencing and collaboration, network management, unified messaging and presence, contact center and client application integration. In addition, the company continues to expand its communications services with support for videoconferencing, Skype for Business integration, Webcasts, and other digital media services. Utilizing unified communications services allows the company’s clients to replace their on-premise private branch exchange (PBX) infrastructure with a cloud-based, hosted unified communications service. The company’s Unified Communications Services segment includes the following: UCaaS UCaaS: The delivery of unified communications technology is provided as a hosted, or cloud-based, service commonly referred to as UCaaS. The company engages in designing, deploying and managing UCaaS solutions, as well as has the ability to provide long-term support to its clients. The company delivers solutions that include technology from major providers, such as Cisco and Microsoft, while adding its own technology to bring together a complete unified communications solution for clients. The company holds Cisco Gold Partner, Cisco Cloud Provider and Cisco Managed Services Channel Program Master certifications. Managed Voice Services Hosted IP-PBX and Enterprise Call Management allows an enterprise to upgrade its communications technology with cloud-based, on–demand services, including full PBX functionality, advanced enterprise and personal call management tools, contact center solution and unified communications features. These services could be integrated with a client’s existing IP (Internet protocol) or legacy time-division multiplexing (TDM) infrastructure where required, leveraging investments already made in telephony infrastructure and providing an enterprise-wide solution. In October 2015, the company completed the acquisition of Magnetic North Software, Ltd., a major U.K.-based provider of hosted customer contact center and unified communications solutions to enterprises. This acquisition provides the company with an expanded presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa; partner relationships; and an integrated unified communications contact center platform that the company expects to use across its lines of business to provide clients with the capability to deliver contextual multichannel consumer experiences.
