Products and Services Tools, Diagnostics and Repair Information, and Equipment The company offers a line of products and complementary services that are grouped into three product categories, such as tools, diagnostics and repair information, and equipment. The tools product category includes hand tools, power tools, and tool storage products. Hand tools include wrenches, sockets, ratchet wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, punches and chisels, saws and cutting tools, pruning tools, torque measuring instruments, and other similar products.
