The company has 50 percent ownership interests in HGTV Magazine JV and Food Network Magazine JV and a 7.25 percent ownership interest in Fox-BRV Southern Sports Holdings LLC, which consists of the Sports South and Fox Sports Net South regional television networks. HGTV HGTV reaches approximately 96 million domestic television households and is simulcast in high definition (HD).
