The company sells its server systems and server subsystems and accessories through distributors, including value added resellers and system integrators, and to OEMs, as well as through its direct sales force. During the year ended June 30, 2014, its products were purchased by approximately 800 customers in 93 countries. Products The company offers a range of application optimized server solutions, including rackmount and blade server systems, and subsystems and accessories, which customers could use to build complete server systems. Server Systems The company sells server systems in rackmount, standalone tower, blade, Twin and multi-node form factors. As of June 30, 2014, it offered approximately 1,000 different server systems. Its server systems are as follows: The company’s Twin architecture series of server systems, including 1U Twin, 2U Twin, 2U Twin², 2U Twin3, TwinPro, TwinBlade, and FatTwin are optimized for density, performance, and efficiency for customers' storage, HPC, and cloud computing requirements. The company’s GPU/Xeon Phi optimized server systems in 1U, 2U, 4U, and blade platforms achieve higher parallel processing capability with Intel's many integrated core architecture based on Xeon Phi and are designed to provide high performance in calculation intensive applications. The company’s MicroCloud server systems are high-density, multi-node UP servers with approximately 24 hot-pluggable nodes and 16 hot-swappable HDDs in a 3U form factor. MicroCloud integrates advanced technologies within a functional design to deliver high performance in environments with space and power limitations. These combined features provide a solution for IT professionals implementing new hosting architectures for SMB and public/private cloud computing applications. The company’s SuperBlades are designed to share a common computing infrastructure. Its SuperBlade server system provides industry leading density, memory expandability, price-to-performance per square foot and energy saving server solutions for hosting, Web front end, cloud computing services, content delivery, and social networking. The company’s SuperStorage solutions in 2U, 3U, and 4U platforms provide high density storage solutions while leveraging high-efficiency power to improve performance-per watt savings to reduce total cost of ownership for enterprise data centers, big data, and other high performance applications. The company’s double-sided storage provides high density with the ability of hot-plug HDD mounted on the front and back sides. Its Super Storage Bridge Bay is optimized for mission-critical, enterprise-level storage applications, which could incorporate SATA, SAS, and FC storage solutions for flexibility and provides hot-swappable canisters for all active components in the server for ease of servicing. The company’s internally developed switch products 10G/40G Ethernet and InfiniBand switches for rack-mount servers. These switch products help the company to up-sell its server products. The company’s SuperRack server solutions offer a range of accessory options, including front, rear and side expansion units to provide modular solutions for system configuration. Data Center, HPC Computing and server farm customers could use the company as a shop for all of their IT hardware needs.
