ReachSearch: The company’s ReachSearch is focused on assuring that its clients’ advertisements appear prominently among the search results when local consumers enter certain keywords on local search sites, such as Google, Yahoo! and Bing. In addition, in 2013, the company commenced providing mobile optimized Websites to all of its clients, which purchase ReachSearch, as over a third of searches are being conducted through mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). ReachDisplay: The company’s ReachDisplay product is primarily focused on maximizing the exposure for an SMB by displaying ads for the advertiser on Websites. The company offers various display advertising products across various publishing partners, including multiple display networks and demand-side platforms. ReachRetargeting: The company’s ReachRetargeting products allow it to target consumers who have previously visited a specific client’s website, either through a ReachSearch campaign or a ReachDisplay campaign, or who have previously searched for a client’s keywords. When the potential customer visits any other site within its retargeting network, the company can market to the target customer on behalf of that SMB. TotalTrack, TotalLiveChat, TotalVideoNow, TotalBannerNow: The company has developed various products to address specific marketing needs, such as lead optimization, online analytics and digital creative solutions. In 2013, the company introduced ReachEdge, its most important new product introduction to date. ReachEdge is a marketing automation platform that includes a responsive Website solution designed to enhance lead tracking and conversion, and includes tools for capturing Web traffic information and converting leads into new customers for its clients. In addition to providing a Website designed to maximize lead conversion, ReachEdge also provides functionality that manages the leads generated by its other products. With ReachEdge as a platform, the company can also provide its clients with other marketing tools, such as real-time appointment booking, customer loyalty programs and other retention marketing services, all managed and measured through the single, simple to use ReachEdge environment. Strategy The company’s strategy include addressing the dual challenge of optimizing marketing expenditures and managing multiple sources of leads and conversion workflows; driving down customer acquisition cost; and deepening its presence internationally. Distribution The company distributes its products and services directly through its sales force of IMCs, who are focused on serving SMBs in their local markets, as well as a separate sales force targeting national brands with operations in multiple local markets and select third-party agencies and resellers. Clients The company primarily sells to SMB clients, national brands, agencies and resellers. Intellectual Property The company considers trademark registration for some of its product names, slogans and logos in the United States and in some foreign countries. ReachLocal and TotalTrack are registered U.S. trademarks on an ongoing basis. The company has also registered ReachLocal, ReachCast and TotalTrack as trademarks in various international territories.
