Within its Americas segment, the company organizes its services into the following business areas: Advisory Services The company’s advisory services businesses offer occupier/tenant and investor/owner services that meet the full spectrum of marketplace needs, including real estate services; capital markets; and valuation. Real Estate Services: The company provides strategic advice and execution to owners, investors and occupiers of real estate in connection with leasing, disposition and acquisition of property. Its real estate services professionals are particularly adept at aligning real estate strategies with client business objectives, serving as advisors, as well as transaction executors. Valuation: The company provides valuation services that include market value appraisals, litigation support, discounted cash flow analyses and feasibility and fairness opinions. Outsourcing Services The company provides occupier outsourcing through Global Corporate Services business line, and property management.
